Description

Cintas Fire National Accounts is seeking an Affiliates' Service Representative that will provide quality and efficient support to both internal and external customers through the daily management of work orders. An Affiliate Service Representative will provide effective customer relations through account knowledge, team work, problem resolution and time management. They are also empowered to make independent decisions to assist end-to-end customers, while working very closely with other departments and management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Affiliate inspection follow up, establishing job acceptance and scheduling parameters. Obtain quotes and all necessary paperwork from participating affiliates while working effectively with Customer Account Specialists to find alternative providers. Operate within a matrix organization to ensure on-time completion, invoicing of work orders, and provide feedback to maintain an effective affiliate network.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Business to Business account support, preferred
• Multi-tasking through both verbal and electronic communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Prior experience with Vendor Management Systems and Portals, preferred
• Prior experience with 3rd party affiliate recruitment, preferred
• Fire industry knowledge, preferred
