Cintas is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager to provide HR support for our Corporate Staff groups.

The HR Manager is responsible for consulting with senior management on performance management, hiring systems, workforce planning, driving recruiting activities, succession planning, development programs, goal and compensation plan alignment, employment practices issues, leading change and managing the roll-out of new HR initiatives, facilitating team and organizational effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. In addition, the HR Manager is responsible for providing guidance to senior managers in related areas of HR Support, to include FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and OSHA requirements, turnover, payroll and benefits administration, and driving positive employee relations and engagement.

- A valid driver's license required

- 2 to 4 years of solid HR experience required

- 2 to 4 years of HR experience as a manager required

- Bachelors degree in business or HR management required

- Experience in the following HR responsibilities:Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition & Retention including Recruiting, Training & Development, Orientation and Employee Relations

- Minimum one year program management experience required
