Cintas is currently looking for a Manager-Engineering Services within IT. The Manager-Engineering Services is responsible for: managing the engineering and technical support functions within the infrastructure areas; ensuring the overall technical infrastructure and support services effectively address the business needs of the organization; developing and operating within departmental budget, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction; ensuring effective deployment against IT’s overall architecture and standards; strategizing short and long-term planning to align with projected business needs; managing and developing assigned staff including coaching/mentoring and performance management; planning and prioritizing team workloads to meet deadlines, while managing and reporting the status on multiple priorities and deadlines; and contributing to long range planning and budget discussions.

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent

*Minimum 10 years experience in Information Technology

*Minimum 7 years experience managing infrastructure teams, including coaching, mentoring, supervising daily team activities, performance management/evaluations, hiring, terminations, etc.

*Minimum 7 years experience supporting corporate and remote data centers

*Minimum 7 years experience supporting multi-platform environments

*Minimum 5 years experience managing Service Level Agreements

*Minimum 3 years experience managing a $10M budget

*Experience in designing clustered, load balanced, high availability, and continuous availability solutions, preferred

*Previous work experience in a Fortune-1000 or like enterprise, preferred

*Experience developing and maintaining policies and procedures as they relate to infrastructure support and regulatory controls, preferred

*Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley, BS 7799, ITIL or ISO/IEC 11179, preferred
