Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Presentation Room Supervisor. The Presentation Room Supervisor prepares garment presentations for rental, global accounts and direct sale customers. This role also oversees all areas of the sample room operations, from day to day operations, handling orders and logos, work orders for all locations to monthly billing, and ensures large projects are processed and completed on time.

Responsibilities include:

•    Achieves planned commitments by developing short-term and/or medium-term work schedules and approving overtime or using additional resources as needed. Helps with the workload making sure orders are completed. Reviews schedules for corporate events, photo-shoots, guides and supports partners in their work for prepping garments and models. Attends leadership team meetings and keeps them posted on status of projects.
•    Oversees and reviews standard monthly billing processes and invoicing for orders placed by business units through the sample room. Ensures status reports are submitted on a monthly basis.
•    Carries out prescribed client management activities and provides support to others by following existing procedures. This includes prepping garments for large external projects, internal customers in the case of acquisitions and for marketing team events. Provides sample garments to Sales Partners for potential customers to facilitate a contract or sale with the prospect or to support customer accounts which are in jeopardy.
•    Performs management duties for the team including mentoring, overseeing daily operations and coaching partners.
•    Performs all other duties as assigned, including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills, and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks.

Skills/Qualifications

Requirements: 

•    High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
•    5 years' experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results.
