Cintas is currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide HR support for the Corporate Complex.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring a system of positive partner relations to maximize productivity and retention ; developing and executing recruiting strategy; monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company's legal obligations as to FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action and other employment laws; reviewing policy and procedures and ensuring compliance; coaching, counseling and training management team; conducting investigations; conducting corporate complex orientations and HR related meetings; managing corporate complex and civic events; managing the Complex Workers' Compensation program; working with Executives; managing the development and execution of the company wide Clothe the Kids program, a program to collect/distribute clothing to children in need; managing vendor relations for several company programs; and managing the Corporate Tour Guide program.

• High School Diploma/GED Required, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
• Minimum 2 years HR experience required; 2 years in HR Manager role preferred
• Prior experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training required
• Minimum one year program management experience required
• Prior experience managing Workers' Compensation program preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Power Point required
