Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Manufacturing Lead CEO.  The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for assisting the manager in ensuring that productivity, department goals, and quality standards and efficiency goals are being maintained.   Manufacturing Leads coordinate the work flow and are expected to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.  Leads are responsible for ensuring all policies, Health & Safety rules and correct operating procedures are being followed. 

Skills/Qualifications

  • Effectively communicate to all partners the established production and quality standards.  
  • Ensure all safety guidelines are being followed and good housekeeping is maintained throughout your press area.  
  • Meet production, quality and efficiency goals and objectives.  
  • Monitor partners’ performance and ensure partners receive the proper training.    
  • Perform other projects/duties as assigned by the Press Manager.
  • Must have an active driver's license.
