Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor. Responsibilities include the coordinating and implementing of the QMS within and between departments; initiating action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity; identifying and recording any product quality related issues (Risk Assessment and/or CAPA reports); initiating, recommending or providing solutions through designated channels, verifying the implementation of solutions; supervising quality auditors, monitoring their performance and providing training as needed to perform assigned tasks; conducting Internal and External audits as well as representing Cintas during customer audits; developing Validation protocols for new equipment or changes in processes; documenting change control; maintaining all quality files and records; monitoring and maintaining operational logs, cleanroom controls and mechanical systems, and other aspects of operation as may be required.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous quality assurance experience
