Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Trainee. We will provide a comprehensive exposure to the responsibilities of a Human Resources professional, as well as a strong knowledge of all aspects of our uniform and facility services rental businesses. The program combines a series of rotations in various locations and classroom seminars. Responsibilities include completing projects and assignments in the areas of Employment Practices and Labor Relations, benefits and compensation, training, development and staffing.

- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
- Co-op or internship experience in Human Resources role
- Leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
- Human Resources, Business or otherwise related academic major

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $68.640.00/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
