Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Sales Trainee to participate in an extensive, well-structured sales development program designed to provide strong knowledge in all aspects of our business. The purpose of the program is to prepare the Sales Trainee for a successful career in Sales. The training program combines a series of assignments in various departments; such as General Office Operations, Service Operations and Production Operations. Responsibilities include prospecting; setting appointments; preparing presentations and sales reports; and working with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Driving a company or personal vehicle is required. Upon successful completion of the program, Sales Trainees have the opportunity to pursue a sales/marketing career with Cintas which could include Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Sales Director and other sales/marketing leadership positions.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma/GED
Valid driver's license

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Prior sales co-op or intern work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $55,000.00/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
