Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to identify and drive the execution of customer requirements and critical projects while supporting the sales and account management teams. The Customer Support Specialist promotes customer satisfaction, profit/sales growth and retention, compliance and process efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Thorough data analysis and auditing with conclusions that contribute to decisions.
- Internal and external communication that ensures accountability, execution and customer satisfaction.
- Critical project/process management and improvement involving multiple resources.
- Maintain accuracy and thoroughness of critical materials, including but not limited to internal account requirements reference documents, order forms, program products and modifications, client websites and electronic account files. Recommend and oversee system account settings and pricing integrity.
- Coordinate with and hold accountable departments and customers to ensure all account requirements are thoroughly understood and properly executed. Partner with Customer Relationship Manager in implementing program changes. Identify and develop solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum two years of customer service experience in a professional environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Valid driver's license

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $21.18 - $26.68/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
