Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Data Analyst II who will be responsible for aggregating and performing statistical analysis on business data. Integrate data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity. Write queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in large data sets to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvement. May develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to ensure data quality. Provides findings and analysis for use in decision making.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performs root cause analysis on large data sets to uncover insights and generate recommendations.
- Provides and or develops reporting on new or existing KPI’s.
- Develops and implements data collection systems and strategies to ensure data quality.
- Identify business trends, form hypotheses, as well as plan and conduct presentations and discussions with partners and leaders across the organization.
- Identify reporting/analytics improvement opportunities and provide proactive, consultative strategic solutions, including identifying business process and change management drivers.
- Utilize process and divisional expertise to provide guidance to peers.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate reporting & analysis skills in Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, or a related reporting tool
- Fundamental skills in SQL
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent CRM system
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.
- Project Management skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of SQL experience

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $89,100 - $115,500/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
