Job Description

Cintas is seeking for an Key Account Manager I to serve as a liaison between Cintas customers, sales and all business units. The Key Account Manager will manage executive business relationships with customers to ensure accurate and timely program implementation, contract renewals, account reviews, increased account presentation, customer satisfaction surveys and goodwill activities. Responsibilities include account management, growth and profitability, retention, execution of marketing strategy, sales and inventory management.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant business discipline preferred
  • 3+ years' account management or project management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
  • Proven experience in problem resolution with collaboration

 

Preferred

  • Experience in developing and/or executing a sales/marketing

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $99,000.00 - $126,225.00/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
