Job Description

Cintas Global Supply Chain is seeking a Product Development Manager to manage medium to large-sized, moderately complex projects in support of the sourcing strategy and division. This role is responsible for all aspects of the project life-cycle: proactive development, planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepare reports to senior management. Manage communications and the flow of information between internal stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, and/or other relevant parties. Seek to drive external and internal innovation for all products within assigned product categories. Develop and apply knowledge of supplier capabilities in successful execution of product development requirements. Develop and deliver trainings to relevant stakeholders. Handle moderately complex issues and problems, and refer more complex issues to higher-level leaders. Collaborate with others to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet business needs. Core competencies of this role include dealing with ambiguity, teamwork and collaboration, customer focus, problem solving and attention to detail.

Skills/Qualifications

Required


•    High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Intranet/internet
•    Ability to manage multiple apparel projects at a time
•    Experience with textiles and/or apparel
•    Minimum of 2 years of Product Development , Project Management experience
 
Preferred


•    Minimum of 5 years of related experience
•    Experience with SAP
•    Experience with Product Lifecycle Management software
