Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Project Management Support Specialist. Responsibilities include supporting and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers; working with sales, internal departments and customers providing closed-loop communication; meeting tactical operational needs, including answering inbound calls, providing issue resolution, A/P, credit and billing requests; coordinating special orders, managing Customer Service reports; working with sales to coordinate account activities; creating, documenting and implementing process improvement.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years' customer service experience
- Dedicated customer service/relationship experience
- Experience with written and verbal communication with employees and customers at all levels of an organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Order entry and information systems experience

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $21.18 - $26.68/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
