Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Special Order Coordinator- Design Collective Resource Center (DCRC). Responsibilities include ensuring sample product availability to support the sales team and sales process, as well as other internal and external customers. Ensuring product availability and delivery through sample product management including checking products in and out of DCRC, shipping to meet sales and customer requirements, and returning product to DCRC. PO placement as necessary to maintain availability of sample products and meet customer needs. Maintain a high service level including proactive communication with sales and merchandising. 

 
Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Review the daily Open Order Report, with a primary focus on E-Commerce accounts. 
  • Collaborate with Production to ensure orders are completed before they become late. 
  • Coordinate with the Shipping department to prevent delays in order dispatch. 
  • Investigate and address any late orders, identifying root causes and corrective actions. 
  • Partner with the Sales Team to monitor and discuss fluctuations in current performance.  

Skills/Qualifications

Required 

  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet 
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience 

 

Preferred 

  • Prior packing and order shipping experience

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $21.18 - $26.68/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
