Title:  Warehouse Associate - Loader/Unloader

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Loader/Unloader to support the Distribution Center operation. This role loads and unloads individual cases of facility services products onto and from conveyor systems and builds mixed-case pallets based on customer-specific orders. The Loader/Unloader uses an RF scanner, follows detailed work instructions, and maintains product accuracy to support inventory control and accountability. The role works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while following safety policies and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload facility services products onto and from conveyors to build customer-specific mixed pallets.

• Pick case units from non-conveyable, aerosol, and flammable-product areas to complete customer-specific orders.

• Operate an RF scanner and complete routine tasks by following strict, detailed instructions.

• Meet or exceed department quality requirements by ensuring pallets are built accurately.

• Follow policies, procedures, and safety rules, including completing routine checks of equipment and the work area.

• Work respectfully and collaboratively while adapting to assignments across departments as needed.

• Perform other assigned duties necessary to complete operational tasks.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Basic ability to speak and understand English for workplace communication.

• Ability to operate an RF scanner and follow detailed instructions, policies, and procedures.

• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to work safely, complete routine equipment and workspace checks, and report safety concerns.

• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and move among departments within the same day or week.

• Regular attendance, which is an essential function of the job.

Preferred

• High school diploma or GED.

• Experience in a production and teamwork environment.
