Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Business Analyst II-Value Realization within the Business Transformation Office to measure, monitor, and maximize the return on investment (ROI) for strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with the Director of Value Realization, Divisional Controllers, and business leaders to define projected savings and ensure long-term value delivery.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Analyze project objectives, scope, and stakeholder impact to assess potential value.
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams to establish ROI metrics for proposed initiatives.
• Consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources to track realized value for up to two years post-implementation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial outcomes and sustain benefits.

Skills/Qualifications

Required
• High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in value realization, data analytics, accounting, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight trips.

Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 + years of experience in value realization, data analytics, accounting, or related fields.
