Job Description
Cintas is currently looking for a Business Analyst Level 2 for the SCM team within IT. The Business Analyst Level 2 is responsible to provide functional and technical support for AS400 system, Mobile Devices and; establishing liaison relationship with business partners and vendors in order to provide solutions to meet user needs; developing, writing, and communicating business requirements for the implementation of business solutions; developing user test cases and validating test results during user acceptance testing; providing Tier III support by investigating, resolving and escalating problems; supporting and participating in the formal reporting of project status; providing accurate time estimates to support system changes.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience with AS400 with understanding of CL, RPG, Query
- Minimum 2 year of experience with Mobile Device Management (SOTI preferred), Mobile Device Browsers (Velocity & Zebra Enterprise Browser preferred), Printer Management
- Knowledge in Mobile computing, configuring rugged devices
- Experience with Bar Code and Document Printer support
- Experience with Rugged Tethered USB scanner(s) support and configuring
- Experience supporting locations and basic IT functional at Cintas locations, providing support and technical assistance within the mobile devices
Preferred:
- Experience with Embroidery Network Solutions/Tajima; Pulse Librarian/Dispatcher
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS); Mercury Gate
