Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Business Process Specialist to join our Corporate Compensation team. This role is responsible for executing and supporting the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that align with business objectives and promote internal equity and market competitiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities Include

Compensation Program Management

  • Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including incentive plans, and bonus structures.
    Ensure alignment of compensation practices with organizational goals, market trends, and internal equity.

Policy Development & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain compensation-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulations.
    Partner with HR and Legal to ensure compensation practices align with labor laws and company standards.

Compensation Analysis

  • Prepare and analyze compensation reports and metrics to support decision-making and identify trends.
    Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business partners based on data findings.

 

Annual Compensation Cycle Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of annual compensation reviews, including compensation plans, bonus payouts, and equity awards.
    Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation changes.
    Communication & Training
  • Develop and deliver training materials and resources to educate managers and HR partners on compensation philosophy, tools, and processes.
    Serve as a point of contact for compensation-related inquiries and guidance.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Query
  • ]Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
