Job Description
Cintas is hiring for a Business Process Specialist I – HR to support Human Resources processes and programs for the company. This role will assist with leading and supporting critical HR strategic initiatives by helping to identify, drive, and manage processes, programs, and systems that help drive success for our Human Resources organization. This position will support and require collaboration across all business units.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Solutions Analysis: Provide support to business units for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives. Assist in the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements necessary for the delivery of projects.
- Knowledge Management: Collaborate with business and HRIS partners to align technology solutions with business strategies; and overseeing and supporting several low to moderately complex business processes.
- Technical Skills: Has intermediate knowledge of day-to-day functions in the applicable system(s). Has a more generalist understanding of systems.
- Communication: Develop communications for field locations on business process issues and improvements. Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success working on and leading projects of a small to moderate size for the division. Works to complete projects within the desired cost, time, and quality parameters. Requires occasional support and guidance in completing projects.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience and knowledge of HR processes – Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Relations
- Experience with identifying process improvement and identifying training needs.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field preferred, but not required.
- Experience working in SAP/SuccessFactors
- Experience communicating business issues/solutions
- Experience leading projects
- Experience with identifying training needs, and training others
- Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
