Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Cash Applications Customer Service Specialist to support our Centralized Cash Application department and field locations. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service for inbound email and phone requests from customers and field operations; effectively monitoring assigned email inbox and/or ticketing system queues; appropriately researching items to resolve issues on a timely basis ensuring prompt attention to accurate application of cash and potential audit concerns; and consistently following all applicable policies and procedures.

Skills/Qualifications

Required
•    Experience working in a fast-paced environment
•    High school diploma/GED
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
•    Ability to work overtime and/or Saturdays when required due to business volume

 

Preferred
•    BillTrust; SAP experience 
•    General Ledger Reconciliation experience 
•    Payment application resolution experience 
•    Auditing or quality assurance experience
•    2+ years' customer service experience or experience in accounts receivable related role
•    Associate degree in finance or accounting
