Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Creative Services Senior Manager- Enterprise and Segments. Responsibilities include leading a creative team, developing innovative strategies, and executing marketing materials in all formats for customers, prospects, and internal partners for various groups within the company. These projects include but are not limited to brochures, catalogs, sales materials, direct mail, RFPs, email campaigns, videos, presentations, ads, posters, landing pages, social media, and art direction of photo and video shoots, etc. This role will collaborate with leadership teams to gain insights into business goals and strategies to develop creatives that support these goals and drive results. In addition, they will provide management of the creative team workflow, including project timelines, deliverables, adherence to brand guidelines, and workload efficiencies.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of marketing and project management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office on Mac platform
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to travel

 

Preferred

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree; BA, Fine Arts, Design Degree
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership, marketing managers and key stakeholders
