Job Description

Cintas is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support and grow our new, myCintas digital platform. myCintas is a digital platform that will give Cintas customers the ability to manager their programs, pay their bills, and purchase items 24/7. This platform will play an integral role in Cintas’ technology transformation and will help Cintas maintain its position as an industry leader. This Customer Service Representative position will work with Cintas partners from our field locations, and corporate departments, to ensure the highest level of satisfaction to our customers. In addition, this position will be the point of contact for customer questions and concerns. Customer Service Representatives are responsible to provide prompt problem resolution within customer accounts, primarily by working over the phone/email with customers and partners. They are also responsible for keying/maintaining information into our hybris & SAP systems. Customer Service Representatives are empowered to make independent decisions to assist customers, while working very closely with the myCintas team and field partners.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Minimum one year customer service experience
  • Performed various business tasks to include: data entry, creating/maintaining files, answering/transferring calls, and researching customer inquiries
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (including MS Outlook, MS Word, and Internet/Intranet)
  • Accurate typing and 10 keypad experience
