Title:  Data Compliance Specialist

Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Data Compliance Specialist. This position will be an advisor for National Accounts to ensure that pricing procedures are followed, and master data is accurate on our largest customers.  They will also assist with complex program changes to ensure that they are completed timely and accurately so there are no service interruptions or loss of revenue.

The Data Specialist responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of accounts for data clean up to avoid future credits, 3rd party audits and loss of national customers
• Confirming requirement meetings with Account Managers and Directors to discuss how the pricing and master data should be set up for National Account MLA
• Auditing MLAs based on data obtained from Account Managers.
• Following up with Account Manager with outstanding issues found during audit
• Creating maintenance based on the audit and submit to Master Data Team in a clear, concise format.
• Validation meeting with Account Managers and Directors.
• Creating a revenue impact statement based on the findings in the audit and present to Account Managers and Directors.
• Presenting impact of revenue to executives quarterly
• Advising Account Managers on data processes/set up to avoid credits/missed revenue
• Guiding Account Managers on large program changes (renewals, garment style changes, product phase outs, combining programs)
• Creating communication to field partners for seamless national program changes
• Collaborating with COE and IT system/process improvements
• Assisting with other special projects as needed

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• Expert knowledge level on master customer data set-up, maintenance, and pricing procedure for existing MLAs
• Expert knowledge and understanding of the impacts that master data has on business performance
• Understanding of Cintas business – both National Accounts and Local
• Expert in ECC and MDG processes
• Excellent communication and follow up skills
• Efficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
