Job Description

Cintas Corporation is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing - Enterprise Segments who will be a senior contributor to the overall marketing team. The Director of Marketing will lead the development of marketing strategies and tactics to achieve the identified business objectives, and then lead a team to achieve. This includes the creation of full funnel marketing and support strategies across a landscape to include: advertising and awareness building, lead generation, value prop creation and/or enhancement, sales rep campaign development and support, and product launch strategies. The Director of Marketing role will include ownership of agency(s) relationships, their creative work, and subsequent deliverables, campaign development and execution includes print, digital, and direct marketing channels.
Strong collaboration and leadership with other marketing peers, business unit stakeholders, IT, and finance is essential for success.  

Skills/Qualifications

Position Key Responsibilities

  • Overall strategic marketing vision and planning for identified business unit
  • Staff leadership to execute across full funnel landscape to achieve marketing vision goals
  • Analysis of key market opportunities, present analysis to key business leaders
  • Provides the ‘voice of the customer' to the internal team and drives optimal utilization of market information to guide insights and marketing spend planning
  •  Working with agency partner(s) to design and launch fully integrated campaigns within identified key markets
  •  Rigorous post campaign analysis and ROI measurement; A/B testing and adjusting for optimal results
  •  Identify competitor marketing strategies and devising counter strategies   
  • Work closely with sales, E-Business, and technology team to drive commitments and meet business objectives
  • Ensuring that the marketing operational details of each campaign are buttoned down and in lock step with the project timeline

Required
•    Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
•    10+ years Marketing experience or demonstrated staff leadership responsibilities
•    Experience in both strategic thinking as well as tactical planning and execution of initiatives
•    Experience leading a team of employees to achieve desired results
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
•    Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays (US and Canada)
