Job Description
Corporate Affairs manages Corporate Communications, Government Affairs, Philanthropy, and Civic Engagement. The department shapes and protects Cintas’ reputation, connecting the company with employees, customers, communities, and public stakeholders. We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant who can support the VP of Corporate Affairs while also managing department operations, administration of corporate wide programs, event coordination, and financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex scheduling, meeting prep, communications, and follow-up while serving as the VP’s primary point of contact.
- Maintain workflows, update intranet/SharePoint pages, track compliance tasks, produce monthly reports, and assist with the VP’s LinkedIn activity.
- Support the VP by engaging professionally with executives, partners, agencies, nonprofits, and community stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, community events, and philanthropic activities, managing logistics, vendors, materials, and communication.
- Process invoices, track spending, maintain budget spreadsheets, and help prepare financial summaries.
- Maintain committee records, support compliance documentation, prepare communications, and coordinate meeting materials and logistics.
- Manage reports, filings, board materials, fundraising logistics and tracking, and related administrative research.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years' administrative experience supporting a senior level executive
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and intranet/internet
Preferred
- Prior Cintas experience
- Experience providing administration support to committees and filings
