Job Description
Cintas is offering a Fleet Management Trainee program to college graduates designed to prepare you for your professional life. We have the same goals. You want an exceptional job, and we want a dedicated employee-partner to join our team and lead our company. This program is intended to provide recent college graduates with exposure to all aspects of the business. The objective is to build a foundation of Cintas knowledge that will serve the Management Trainee as he/she develops into a key leader. The program includes rotations and job shadowing within the Fleet team, as well as other Cintas departments. The Fleet MT will receive intensive training on the job skills related to Fleet careers, while also participating in trainings that develop business skills & professional acumen. Following one’s time in rotations, Management Trainee graduates will be eligible to apply for a position as a Fleet Data Analyst, Regional Fleet Coordinator, or related Fleet career position.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months
Preferred
- Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role
- A business or otherwise related academic major
- A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
- Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
