Job Description

Cintas is seeking an HRIS Process and Governance Lead to own and facilitate the release and change management processes of the Human Resources information systems (HRIS). This requires working with resources both internal to Cintas and with Cintas vendors including software providers to ensure usability, availability, and legal compliance with all HRIS changes. This includes ensuring proper use of ticketing systems, as well as reporting out to HRIS management on change ticket metrics.

 

Key activities include maintaining the schedule for all HRIS routine releases provided by software vendors as well as planning and managing changes to the application, ensuring all processes and tollgates, including approvals, testing and documentation are met prior to installing into production. Other duties include defining and modifying process flows, training and communicating processes to involved partners and vendors, tracking status and providing management with report outs of process status and metrics as required. A successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple external vendors and aggressive timelines.
 

Skills/Qualifications

Requirements:
•    High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field is preferred.
•    Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience

•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in change and/or release management or experience leading projects and/or managing tasks and deadlines for a functional team. 
•    Strong organizational and communication skills with both technical and business resources.
•    Ability to lead with influence and assist team members with decision making and conflict resolution.

 

Preferred
•    Experience with SAP SuccessFactors application or other HR cloud solution
•    Experience in ITIL processes or certification
