Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Information System Business Analyst II. Responsibilities include owning the configuration and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (Ceridian Dayforce) for the US and Canada; managing the outsourcing vendors to ensure usability, availability and legal compliance; defining and modifying business process flows, completing unit and functional testing and coordinating Ceridian Dayforce maintenance releases; researching and providing resolution of issues; ensuring data integrity; driving improvement opportunities; ensuring the Ceridian Dayforce system meets the customers' business needs by providing internal consulting support and collaborating with external vendors.  A succesful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with aggressivfe timelines.



  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field preferred
  • 3 years' experience in system configuration
  • 3 years' experience defining business requirements and developing/executing detailed test plans



  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce application or other HR cloud solution
