Job Description:
Lead, manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the ERP system/platform environment (i.e., CRM) and any business software applications, which includes managing a team of functional and technical partners and consultants, and ensuring the ERP system aligns with Cintas’ business processes and objectives. Provide leadership and coaching to team members, by outlining the vision and direction of the organization and team. Develop, plan and manage teamwork activities, develop project plans, and complete projects on time and on budget. Work closely with all SAP (or respective ERP) teams providing oversite on the design and development of solutions. Manage migrations from legacy systems to SAP (or respective ERP) and support of acquisitions. Partnering with business community to align initiatives and priorities with SAP “Best Practices” and continuously focus on SAP best practice. Collaborate with the business community to manage the project portfolio and ensure alignment of initiatives with the respective technology solutions. Continually build knowledge and stay abreast of current SAP (or respective ERP) functionality, capabilities, and technologies. This position supervises 4 direct reports, titles may be: SAP Functional Analyst-Level 3-CRM, SAP Principal Functional Analyst.
Skills/Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CRM application management.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an SAP environment.
- Minimum 3 years of CRM configuration experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Territory management solution of SAP.
- Minimum 2 years of WebUI experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM Middleware B2B configuration and development.
- Minimum 1 year of integration experience with Hybris or B2B engines.
Experience need not be cumulative; all experience may have been gained concurrently.
