Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Manager of Supplier Compliance who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive supplier compliance framework across the company’s global supply base. This role ensures that suppliers and internal teams meet regulatory, ethical, and contractual obligations by executing requirements related to conflict minerals, social responsibility, environmental sustainability, labor and human rights standards, anti-corruption laws, and other standards incorporated into commercial agreements and customer contracts. The Manager, Supplier Compliance leads cross-functional compliance programs, conducts risk assessments, manages audits and investigations, and establishes robust internal controls, documentation, and reporting to maintain transparency, mitigate risk, and uphold company standards throughout the supply chain.  
 
 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and maintain the supplier compliance framework, including the Supplier Code of Conduct, qualification standards, and regulatory/sustainability requirements. 
  • Conduct risk-based supplier due diligence and assessments and oversee all conflict-minerals compliance and reporting activities. 
  • Lead internal and external supplier audits by creating audit protocols, conducting assessments, and verifying corrective actions. 
  • Investigate supplier or internal compliance concerns and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external auditors. 
  • Maintain the compliance risk assessment framework, including key indicators, trend monitoring, and reporting. 
  • Implement internal controls, metrics, and KPIs to prevent and remediate compliance risks. 
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs and supporting materials for internal teams. 
  • Implement supplier-focused training and communication initiatives to reinforce compliance expectations. 
  • Partner with Global Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Operations while serving as a subject matter expert on supplier compliance. 
  • Lead or support compliance-related initiatives and policy development. 
 

Skills/Qualifications

Required 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. 
 

Preferred 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field. 
  • Master’s degree. 
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent education. 
  • Two (2) years of managerial experience.
