Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Product Line Growth Manager to develop and implement a strategic plan and initiatives to drive the growth, profitability, and compliance of the assigned product line(s). The Product Line Growth Manager leads the development and execution of training strategy and materials, the roll out strategy of new product lines, testing of new material for product and quality improvements, and the sustainable growth of existing product lines. The position serves as a field partner liaison, manages vendor relationships, collects and analyzes data within the marketplace, establishes reporting requirements, and develops service policies and procedures for their assigned product line(s).

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develops and leads the implementation of company-wide initiatives, contests, and promotions to accelerate product line growth. Most plans, initiatives, and programs are developed from the grassroots and implemented through partners and/or leadership.
  • Evaluates and implements service, profitability, and quality improvements and efficiencies for the assigned product line(s).
  • Defines and implements corporate service policies and procedures and enforces compliance for the assigned product line(s). Alerts leadership when a location is not in compliance. Compliance issues include, for instance, inappropriate labeling.
  • Assists in the development of pricing, pilots, and rollouts for assigned product line(s). Focus is on the internal product launch: how to train partners on the new product, how to get the product to the locations, etc.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3 to 5 years in relevant work)
  • This position requires the ability to travel up to 65% of the time.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and intranet/internet.
