Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Analyst - Level 3 - EDI to support the SAP and non-SAP EDI environment. The SAP Analyst-Level 3 is responsible for: Lead requirements gathering and solution design for SAP and non‑SAP EDI integrations; Collaborate with business partners to analyze current processes and recommend optimized solutions; Evaluate system options with respect to risk, cost/benefit, and business impact; Design and implement complex SAP EDI configurations, including full lifecycle delivery; Define and lead end‑to‑end integration testing strategies; Support major and minor releases, including deployment and post‑release validation; Troubleshoot and resolve complex EDI incidents and lead root‑cause analysis; Ensure solutions align with IT long‑term strategy and architectural standards; Maintain high functional competency in SAP EDI capabilities and emerging trends.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

 

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Business or Technical related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP EDI customer and vendor support
  • Minimum 3 years of experience defining and leading functional and integration testing strategies, including coordination with business and technical teams
  • Minimum 3 years of process improvement experience for operational support systems
  • Experience communicating detailed technical and functional specifications
  • Experience with EDI documents 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Order Acknowledgement), 856 (Advance Shipping Notification), and 810 (Invoice)
  • Experience with SAP IDoc processing, including creating new and extending EDI IDocs, ALE configuration

 

Preferred:

 

  • Experience working with GXS/Open Text
  • Experience with ANSI X.12, XML and cXML, and/or other formats
  • Exposure to PI with B2B Add-On
