The SAP Functional Analyst-Level 3-CRM collaborates with business partners within one or more business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies; demonstrate an in depth knowledge of a business area, in the context of the business client’s function, to identify and communicate how IT solutions can assist; support one or more highly complex business processes; is responsible for leading the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of a client’s business requirements.

Skills/Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CRM, which must include gathering requirements, configuring, and customizing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience integrating SAP CRM with SD, BW and mobile applications.
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP CRM experience in a Fortune 1000 or like enterprise.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Actions, Partners, Products, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Business Activities and Service Requests.
  • Minimum 3 years of working in a production support environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of ABAP experience with ability to debug.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leveraging CRM BADIs.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple projects or enhancements concurrently.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience presenting technical and business issues and delivering and recommending solutions to all levels of management (for instance at the full professional proficiency level).
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP CRM Service with responsibility of gathering requirements, configuring, and customizing of the implementation.

 

Experience need not be cumulative; all experience may have been gained concurrently.
