Job Description:

 

Gather requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations; collaborate with the business on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current processes, including advising on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits and impacts.  Ensure all systems are aligned with the IT long term strategy; identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs, while creating and updating associated documentation.  Set testing strategy for modules and leading end to end integration testing.  Participate in the delivery of project and minor/major releases; troubleshoot and lead the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents.  Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the Financials and Controlling (FICO) area, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices.  Limited telecommuting from a home office available pursuant to company policy.

 

Skills/Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on combination of education and/or experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO gathering requirements, including configuring and customizing the SAP system as per business requirements.
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP FICO including areas like AR (Accounts Receivables), AP (Accounts Payables), Cash Applications and Treasury.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors, and executives.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Lockbox process, Cash Apps and Collections.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Paymetric solutions.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Vertex Support.
  • Minimum 2 years of COPA settlements and reporting.

 

Experience need not be cumulative; all experience may have been gained concurrently.
