Job Description:
Analyze engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve architectural design of the implementation and on-going use of the FICO system. Lead design sessions and review and approve all activities related to the system. Configure the FICO system as needed to meet the business objectives. Gather requirements and provide guidance on recommendations. Collaborate with the business on current processes and propose solutions to enhance current processes. Limited telecommuting from home office within commutable distance is permitted pursuant to company hybrid work policy.
Skills/Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (or foreign educational equivalent) in Business or Technical related field.
- Minimum 8 years of SAP experience in implementing and supporting FICO, GL, AR, AP, AA, COPA, Lockbox processes, Cash Applications, FSCM and integration to other process areas (SD, MM, BW).
- Minimum 5 years of experience creating and maintaining technical and functional documents in SAP FICO (Financials & Controlling).
- Minimum 5 years of SAP functional experience in a Fortune 1000 or like enterprise, including requirements gathering and customization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical and functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN) reporting and central finance central processing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (RTR) workstream specific to AR, AP, Cash Application, Asset Accounting and Bank Integrations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP Solution Manager including experience in SAP CHARM process.
- Minimum 1 year of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management.
- Experience leading design for a minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP FICO functional area.
Experience need not be cumulative; all experience may have been gained concurrently.
