Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager I - Healthcare to create impactful marketing campaigns. Along the creation journey this position will build and implement strategic tasks and projects aimed at raising awareness and consideration among B2B decision makers, and track the effectiveness - making data driven adjustments. This position is crucial in aiding our service and sales teams to retain and expand our customer base, secure new business opportunities, and consistently enhance Cintas' value proposition for both current clients and potential prospects. The role will work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, provide sales enablement materials, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills/Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
Minimum one year of related work experience
Strong communication platform skills and team-based mentality
Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
