Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager II – Enterprise to create impactful marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials aimed at raising awareness and consideration among B2B decision makers. The role will be responsible for defining targeted audiences, crafting compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition, and working closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.  Other responsibilities include creating and managing a content calendar, tracking marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and serving as an additional support or resource for other marketing partners on the team. This position is crucial in aiding our service and sales partners to retain and expand our customer base, secure new business opportunities, and consistently enhance Cintas' value proposition for both current clients and potential prospects.

 

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
  • Minimum four years of related work experience
  • Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and persuasive messaging
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
