Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Senior Business Process Specialist to support the SAP EWM area. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving change and creativity while leading our most critical strategic initiatives. Your role will be to identify, drive, and execute innovative ideas that will reshape our business and drive success for the Global Supply Chain division and impact the entire organization. 

 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Provide first line support to business units and assist with the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements 
  • Support the delivery of projects and minor/major releases 
  • Collaborate with business and IT partners to align technology solutions with business strategies 
  • Support several low to moderately complex business processes within the SAP area.  

Skills/Qualifications

Required:  

  • Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM gathering requirements and testing 
  • Proficient knowledge and is considered an expert in EWM processes (Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, HU Management, Transportation Units)  
  • Proficient knowledge and is considered an expert warehouse process, and logistics execution.  

 

Preferred:  

  • 5 years of SAP EWM experience in a Fortune 1000 or like enterprise 
  • Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.  
  • Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions. 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field. 
  • Experience in industry solution AFS (Apparel Footwear Solution)
