The Systems Administrator-Level 2 monitors system performance, addresses user access issues, and resolves hardware, software, or network problems as they arise. They follow established procedures to ensure the reliability and support of the systems environment, providing timely assistance to end users, and collaborating closely with the IT team. Their role involves balancing multiple tasks and maintaining excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and enhance the reliability, performance, and support of the systems environment, focusing on user access
- Follow established procedures to monitor systems and address issues as they arise
- Troubleshoot simple to moderately complex hardware, software, and network problems related to user access
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in level one customer service
Minimum 3 years' experience with basic computer skills, including networking, IT device management, as well as PC and Mac operations
Preferred:
Experience with Win11 OS, preferred
Experience with Office M365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom, preferred
Experience with BYOD, preferred

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $80,300 - $103,400/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
