Title:  Specialized Billing Supervisor

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Specialized Billing Supervisor to assist in ensuring all functions of a fastpaced office team are completed accurately and on time. This role provides daytoday leadership, with a strong emphasis on coaching, development, and performance management, while supporting invoicing, collections, customer requests, and monthend close activities. The Supervisor ensures compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and audit requirements while partnering closely with service teams and customers. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, coach, and develop a Specialized Billing A/R team, providing continuous feedback, training, and performance guidance 
• Direct daily activities of the Specialized Billing A/R team, ensuring effective prioritization, delegation, and workload balance 
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and service team related to invoicing, collections, and account resolution 
• Oversee invoicing, collections, cash application, and account maintenance to ensure accuracy and achievement of A/R goals 
• Utilize and manage customer and vendor billing portals, including Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, and similar platforms, to submit invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment 
• Monitor portal compliance requirements, documentation standards, and submission timelines to minimize delays and rejections 
• Interface with service teams to resolve billing issues and improve communication and process efficiency 

Skills/Qualifications

Required 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and monthend close procedures 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet applications 
• Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment while meeting deadlines 

Preferred 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred 
• 2 Years previous supervisory experience preferred 
• Experience working with customer and vendor invoicing portals (e.g., Ariba, Oracle, Coupa)
