Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Manufacturing Lead.  The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for assisting the manager in ensuring that productivity, department goals, and quality standards and efficiency goals are being maintained.   Manufacturing Leads coordinate the work flow and are expected to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.  Leads are responsible for ensuring all policies, Health & Safety rules and correct operating procedures are being followed. 
Responsibilities include:

  • Working knowledge of all line positions.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance, quality, and efficiency goals.
  • Train new partners on the proper manufacturing process.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Hands-on leadership.

Skills/Qualifications

Required: 

 

  • 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
