Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Technical Designer. Responsibilities include assisting the Technical Designers in setting up tech packages; measuring samples and recording specifications; setting up construction guidelines; creating technical sketches and/or downloading digital images; tracking samples.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma/GED; Fashion Design or Pattern Engineering Degree preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Pattern-making experience
Knowledge of garment construction and sewing terminology

Preferred

Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
Proficiency with Data Management Systems
Grading experience
Digitizing experience

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $27.31 - $34.50/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
